Refund Discretion: RenderBundle retains the right to deny refunds at its discretion
and without prior notice or liability to the Client.
Case-by-Case Assessment: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case
basis.
First Month Refund: If the Client requests a refund within the first month of use,
all materials produced by RenderBundle are owned by the company and cannot be
utilized by the Client in any manner.
Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 – 10
working days and credited to the Client’s account.
Fee for Early Termination: Additionally, a 25% fee will be applied to the remaining
billable period if a refund is granted.
Legal Actions: RenderBundle reserves the right to pursue legal action against the
Client for any breach of this policy.
